Club membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership. The membership fee is INR 9999 + 18% GST = INR 11,799 (Rupees Eleven thousand seven hundred and ninety nine only)

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  2. The digital membership and all the certificates are valid for useonly by the member him self/herself.
  3. Membership card is non-transferable and all certificates are Transferable, and members must be 18 years of age or above to join.
  4. Cancellation of the membership will only be considered if the member without having used any benefits / certificates, sends a mail for the cancellation with valid reason, within 7 days of the purchase of the membership to Rezervedrdpschmvr@rezerved.co.in
  5. Presentation of The Program digital MembershipCard/Certificate is imperative for availing the Discount/Redemptionunder the program.
  6. Nature of the service will beat the sole discretion of the hotel.
  7. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof,through payment for the Club,a member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time,and agree to be bound by them.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
  1. Room bookings must be made either through the digital application or by calling Rezerved Help Desk Only. Any reservation given on the reception directly will not be entertained. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for any Discount.
  2. Rooms are subject to Rezerved allocation, availability and prior reservations through the club office.
  3. All Certificates including Complimentary room night stay enclosed in the membership pack is valid for use at the specified hotel and is for one time use only and has to be utilized in full. Taxes if applicable shall be extra. All extras shall be borne by the members. Members must settle their bills at the time of departure.
  4. None of the other complimentary certificates are valid for 24 hours once the member has checked in against a complimentary night stay at the hotel.
  5. All accommodation digital certificates need to be presented in original at the time of arrival, failing which the booking will be processed on the best available rate for the day and the certificate will not be accepted post the arrival of the guest.
  6. Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar reserves the right to not offer the certificate/ card benefits during any blackout dates, special promotion, event or Food festival (Including dates 14th February, 24th December, 25th December & 31st December/ New Year celebrations at the hotel)
DINING CONDITIONS
  1. All certificates can only be used at specified restaurants / outlets of Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar
  2. Certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or re-validated.
  3. None of the complimentary certificate can be clubbed together at the same time on the same table / different tables
  4. Outside eatables and drinks not allowed while dining at the Hotel.
  5. The Discount can only be redeemed on the total food & beverage bill as mentioned and only one card can be presented per table/party.
  6. The Hotel’s management has the right to increase Buffet/ À la carte pricing at their own discretion.
CERTIFICATE CONDITIONS
  1. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  2. The benefits as given in the gift certificate are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate.
  3. No two certificates can be used together of the same service and card benefits will not apply while using a certificate (Except when redeeming the CELEBRATION CERITIFICATE).
  4. The ‘MEAL FOR TWO’ certificate cannot be clubbed with the membership card discounts & cannot be clubbed with any other certificate.
  5. The ‘COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE/TEA’, COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST certificate cannot be clubbed with the Membership card discounts or any other Food & beverage Certificate)
