ACCOMMODATION

• One(1) Complimentary Night Stay certificate valid any time in the year inclusive of breakfast & taxes for 2 adults in the standard category of room at Ramada Gurgaon Central only (applicable any day of the week, inclusive of taxes, Subject to availability, Club allocation & with a day prior reservation through the club office)
• One(1) complimentary night stay certificate calid any time in the year inclusive of breakfast & taxes for 2 adults & 2 children below the age of 12 year in a Club room (Applicable for Platinum Membership)
• Two(2) certificates each entitling the bearer to acomplimentary upgrade to the next higher category of room for two (2) guests valid at any category of rooms at at Ramada Gurgaon Central. This certificate cannot be clubbed with the complimentary night stay. One certificate valid per visit (Valid any day of the week, Taxes if applicable shall be extra, Subject to availability & prior information through the club office)
• Two(2) Special Room Rate certificates (Standard Room @ 4500 AI) inclusive of breakfast for 2 at All day dining.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

• Two(2) certificates each for a complimentary buffet for 02 Pax @ all day dining restaurant for 02 Pax (Applicable only for a Table of Two) cannot be clubbed with Comp. Night Stay and any other complimentary certificates
• Two(2) certificates each for a round of complimentary dessert per entrée ordered (1 desert per entrée) valid for up to 6 guests, on an order of 6 main courses. Cannot be clubbed with Comp. Night Stay and any other complimentary certificates
• Two(2) certificates of Celebration Table (50% dis. On total food & 20% on beverage bill) valid for up to 15-20 guests at any restaurant
• Two(2) certificates of Celebration table (30% dis. On total food & 20% on beverage bill) valid for up to 10 guest at any restaurant
• Three(3) certificates for a lady kitty lunch @ 900 ++ for 15-20 guests, valid only for weekends between Friday-Sundays
• Two(2) certificates each of Celebration Cake (1 Kg) while dining with a minimum of 2 guests at any restaurants
• Two(2) certificates for Rs. 500 off on a minimum billing of Rs. 1000 on total bill at All day dining of the hotel
• One(1) certificate for a bottle of wine / 4 bottles of beer / 4 mocktails while dining with a minimum of 2 guests at any restaurant of the hotel (For Gold Membership Only)
• One (01) certificate valid for one (01) bottle of house domestic wine (650 ML) / four (4) bottles of beer / 4 mocktails while dining with a minimum of 2 guests at any restaurant of Ramada Gurgaon Central, Gurugram. (For Platinum Membership Only)

RECREATION

• Two(2) certificates of Discount on Spa (50% Discount applicable on any treatment at the Spa valid on weekdays) at the hotel
• Two(2) vouchers to entitling the member to the Complimentary usage of swimming pool / Gym for 2 Adults
• One(1) voucher for 02 pax of Complimentary Buffet certificate for the members when 02 of the referred customers, convert into the members

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Membership fee for Prestige Club (Platinum) is INR INR 9,321 + 18% GST = 10,999 (Rupees Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only)
2. Membership fee for Prestige Club (Gold) is INR 6,779 + 18% GST = 7,999 (Rupees Seven Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only)
3. The membership term (validity period) shall befor a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.
4. The digital membership and all the certificates are valid for useonly by the member him self/herself.
5. Gold Membership card is non-transferable and all certificates are Transferable, and members must be 18 years of age or above to join.
6. Sliver Membership card is non-transferable and all certificates are Non-Transferable, and members must be 18 years of age or above to join.
7. Cancellation of the membership will only be considered if the member without having used any benefits / certificates, sends a mail for the cancellation with valid reason, within 7 days of the purchase of the membership to info@pmrelationship.in
8. Presentation of The Program digital Membership Card/Certificate is imperative for availing the Discount/Redemptionunder the program.
9. Nature of the service will beat the sole discretion of the hotel.
10. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for the Club,a member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agree to be bound by them.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

1. Room bookings must be made either through the digital application or by calling Club Revere Help Desk Only. Any reservation given on the reception directly will not be entertained. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for any Discount.
2. Rooms are subject to Club Revere allocation, availability and prior reservations through the club office.
3. All Certificates including Complimentary room night stay enclosed in the membership pack is valid for use at the specified hotel and is for one time use only and has to be utilized in full. Taxes if applicable shall be extra. All extras shall be borne by the members. Members must settle their bills at the time of departure.
4. None of the other complimentary certificates are valid for 24 hours once the member has checked in against a complimentary night stay at the hotel.
5. All accommodation digital certificates need to be presented in original at the time of arrival, failing which the booking will be processed on the best available rate for the day and the certificate will not be accepted post the arrival of the guest.
6. Ramada Gurgaon Central reserves the right to not offer the certificate/ card benefits during any blackout dates, special promotion, event or Food festival (Including dates 14th February, 24th December, 25th December & 31st December/ New Year celebrations at the hotel)

DINING CONDITIONS

1. All certificates can only be used at specified restaurants / outlets of Ramada Gurgaon Central
2. Certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or re-validated.
3. None of the complimentary certificate can be clubbed together at the same time on the same table / different tables
4. Outside eatables and drinks not allowed while dining at the Hotel.
5. The Discount can only be redeemed on the total food & beverage bill as mentioned and only one card can be presented per table/party.
6. The Hotel’s management has the right to increase Buffet/ À la carte pricing at their own discretion.

CERTIFICATE CONDITIONS

1. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
2. The benefits as given in the gift certificate are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate.
3. No two certificates can be used together of the same service and card benefits will not apply while using a certificate (Except when redeeming the CELEBRATION CERITIFICATE / SPECIAL RATE LIQUOR BOTTLE).
4. The ‘MEAL FOR TWO’ certificate cannot be clubbed with the membership card discounts & cannot be clubbed with any other certificate.
5. The ‘COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE/TEA’, COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST certificate cannot be clubbed with the Membership card discounts or any other Food & beverage Certificate)
