Two (2) certificates each entitling the bearer to a complimentary upgrade to the next higher category of room for two (2) guests valid at any category of rooms at Park Plaza, Zirakpur. This certificate can be clubbed with the complimentary night stay. One certificate valid per visit (Non Transferable, Valid any day of the week, Taxes if applicable shall be extra, Subject to availability, Club allocation & prior reservation through the club office)

• 50% DISCOUNT

Two (2) transferable certificates each for a 50% discount on the BAR rate of the hotel at any category. These certificates can be clubbed with other room certificates, however subject to room availability of the room type.

One (1) transferable certificate entitling the bearer to a complimentary buffet meal for two (2) persons at the hotel’s coffee shop at Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur (Not valid for Sunday Brunch, Valid any day of the week, Valid for a table of up to two (2) guests only, Cannot be clubbed with the membership card discounts, special promotions & Cannot be clubbed with any other Food & Beverage certificate.

Two (2) transferable certificates each entitling the bearer to one complimentary dessert while dining at any restaurant of Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur (Valid any day of the week, Valid any day of the week, Only one (1) dessert valid per certificate, Cannot be clubbed with any other food and beverage certificate, Can be clubbed with the membership card discounts & Complimentary single dessert certificates can be clubbed together)

Two (2) transferable certificates each entitling the bearer to a complimentary round of tea/ coffee for 2 guests at the coffee shop of Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur (Valid any day of the week, Valid for a table of up to two (2) guests only, Cannot be clubbed with the membership card discounts or any other Food & beverage certificate)

• CELEBRATION CERTIFICATE

Two (2) transferable certificates entitling the bearer to a 50% Discount on food & beverage bill while dining at both the restaurants of Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur (Valid for a table of up to ten (10) guests, One voucher per visit &Valid any day of the week, Advance Table Reservation required, Cannot be clubbed with the membership card discounts & Cannot be clubbed with any other Food & Beverage certificate)

• WINE & DINE

Two (2) Non transferable certificates for a complimentary alcoholic drink (60 ML IMFL) valid while dining on a table of minimum 2 guests including member of Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur. These certificates can be clubbed together but can’t be clubbed with other certificates.

• WINE & DINE

One (1) Non transferable certificate for a complimentary bottle (750 ML) of Indian house wine / Two (2) bottles of Indian beer (650 ML each) / Two (2) Mocktails valid only while dining with a minimum of 2 guests including member of Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur . This certificate can only be clubbed with the celebration certificates but not with other certificates.

• WINE & DINE

Two (2) Non transferable certificates each valid for a 50% discount on a bottle of Indian house wine while dining on a table of minimum of 2 guests of Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur.

• BAKERY & CONFECTIONARY

Two (2) transferable certificates each valid for ½ KG cake of chef’s choice of the hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur. This certificate can only be clubbed together or with celebrations certificates but not with any other certificate

OTHER PRIVILEGES

Cash Back @ Banquets

Three (3) transferable certificate valid for cash back of Rs. 5000 for a minimum spent of Rs. 1,00,000 in banquets of hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur.

Complimentary Swimming

Five (5) transferable certificates valid for complimentary usage of swimming pool for a family of four at Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur

REJUNEVATE @ SPA

Two (2) transferable certificates each valid for a 50% discount on any of the paid services of the spa. This benefit is valid on all kind of spa services at hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Membership fee for Gourmet plus Club Level 1 is INR 6356 + 18% GST = 7500 (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) and for Gourmet plus Club Level 2 is INR 8475 + 18% GST = 10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only)
2. The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.
3. The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card.
4. Membership card is non-transferable and members must be 18 years of age or above to join.
5. Membership once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Lost card can be re- issued via a written communication to the Club manager & will be replaced at a fee of INR 500. The membership card can be replaced only once during the entire year.
7. The member will not be entitled to any consideration/privileges/replacement whatsoever in the case if he/she complaints or writes to the authorities of non receiving of their membership packages (card & certificates) after three months of the enrollment. In case the member does not receive his package he/she is entitled to a replacement only within three months of the enrollment after a written complaint from him/her. The member needs to as a mandate intimate us before the completion of three months to process. Any query post three months shall not be entertained.
8. Presentation of The Program Membership Card/ Certificate is imperative for availing the Discount/ Redemption under the program.
9. Nature of the service will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.
10. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for the Club, a member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agree to be bound by them.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

1. Room bookings must be made through the Gourmet Plus Club Help Desk Only. Any reservation given on the reception directly will not be entertained. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for any Discount.
2. Rooms are subject to Gourmet Plus Club allocation, availability and prior reservations through the club office.
3. All Certificates including Complimentary room night stay enclosed in the membership pack is valid for use at the specified hotel and is for one time use only and has to be utilized in full. Taxes if applicable shall be extra. All taxes shall be borne by the members. Members must settle their bills at the time of departure.
4. All accommodation certificates need to be presented in original at the time of arrival, failing which the booking will be processed on the best available rate for the day and the certificate will not be accepted post the arrival of the guest.
5. Hotel Park Plaza, Zirakpur reserves the right to not offer the certificate/ card benefits during any special promotion, event or Food festival (Including dates 14th February, 24th December, 25th December & 31st December/ New Year celebrations at the hotel)

DINING CONDITIONS

1. All certificates can only be used at specified restaurants / outlets of Park Plaza, Zirakpur.
2. Certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated.
3. Only One Food/ Beverage certificate can be used per visit and per table.
4. Outside eatables and drinks not allowed while dining at the Hotel.
5. The Discount can only be redeemed on the total food & beverage bill as mentioned and only one card can be presented per table/party.
6. The Hotel’s management has the right to increase Buffet/ À la carte pricing at their own discretion.

CERTIFICATE CONDITIONS

1. In the event that the certificates are lost, they cannot be replaced. Money will not be refunded in such a case.
2. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
3. The benefits as given in the gift certificate are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate.
4. No two certificates can be used together of the same service and card benefits will not apply while using a certificate (Except when redeeming the ‘SINGLE STARTER’/ ‘COMPLIMENTARY DESSERT’/ ‘CELEBRATE AN OCCASION’).
5. The ‘MEAL FOR TWO’ certificate cannot be clubbed with the membership card discounts & cannot be clubbed with any other Food & Beverage certificate.
6. The ‘COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE/TEA’ certificate cannot be clubbed with the Membership card discounts or any other Food & beverage Certificate)

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. You may cancel your membership within 7 days of paying your membership fees to us.
2. You must give us written notice of cancellation.
3. No refund is given if you used any membership benefits.
